Custom Motors receives its Superformance rollers in shipping containers usually four at a time. The body-clad chassis, fixed to a specially-fabricated shipping frame, are packed four deep in sea-going shipping containers for their journey to the Port of Los Angeles from the manufacturing plant in South Africa. A flatbed towtruck winches the bound rollers out of the contianer and drops them in our yard. From there, we roll them inside by hand. They'll soon have tires installed and we'll unbolt them from the shippers. Here's a look a recent arrival of four new Superformance Cobras.
New arrivals at Custom Motors in Costa Mesa will keep our mechanics busy for quite some time.
